Dining Hall
The center of camp, the Dining Hall serves tasty, filling, and nutritional meals (all at the same time!) for up to three hundred people.
Movable partitions allow the main Dining Room to be partitioned into smaller rooms, giving each retreat group a separate and private eating area.
Meals are prepared in our commercial-grade kitchen by our food service staff, allowing guests to fully participate in the retreat program.
When it is time for your meal, you will find the tables set and the buffet line ready for you and your group to enjoy the meal. Our meals are designed to be completed in forty-five minutes.
Our basic package menu includes (subject to change):
- Two hot breakfasts: with cereal, juice, milk, and coffee
- One lunch: with an entree, vegetable selection, salad or fruit, beverage and dessert
- One dinner: with an entree, two vegetables, bread item, salad, beverage and dessert
Groups of at least 100 may request specific menu selections.
If anyone in your group has special nutritional needs, please contact us in advance so we can address their needs.
