They are not available on-line this year. To prevent transportation issues for children and youth registered for camp this summer the Youth Department of The Salvation Army Indiana Division has asked that all summer camp registrations be made through an Indiana Division Salvation Army Corps, Service Extension Unit or the Service Extension Office at the Indianapolis Divisional Headquarters. Materials should be available by April 1, 2012.

So if there is a local Salvation Army unit (Corps or Community Center) in your town or immediate area they will have camp registration materials that will be made available to you. You can contact them by phone or stop in their office for information.

If there is not a physical Salvation Army unit in your town or area, there is a Salvation Army presence in the form of Service Extension. If you know the person or organization representing The Salvation Army in your area, contact them for camp registration materials. If you have no idea who that might be contact Gwenevere DeWitt in the Service Extension Office at the Indianapolis Division Headquarters. Her phone numer is 1-317-224-1030. She can also be reached by e-mail at Gwenevere_DeWitt@usc.salvationarmy.org.

Lastly, if all the above fails, contact Hidden Falls Camp directly at 1-812-279-2495 or e-mail me, George Coleman, at George_Coleman@usc.salvationarmy.org.

This is not intended to be difficult, but we need a way to manage who is coming to camp and by what means. Last year we ran into issues with registrations sent directly to camp and parents/guardians showing up at Salvation Army units and pick up points expecting there to be room in the van for there child. In some cases, there was not and expectations of a fun week at camp were dashed. So to prevent a bad start to a week at camp we need to track all registrations through a Salvation Army unit.
